The journey to lean production has started w NEWS

A lean management project has been started at Belka. The project, which will entail a long ongoing work process, has been adopted by everybody at the company. We are confident that we will benefit from all the work that will be put into this and that a brand new culture will be established at our company.

This project has also been put into practice at the other companies within Coşkunöz Holding with successful results and work on these is continuing.
