OUR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
“Standard-compliant,
future-ready”
Belka carries out all its processes—primarily quality, environment, occupational health, and safety—within the framework of integrated management systems. With its certified structure that complies with national and international standards, it is based on the principles of sustainability and continuous improvement.

OUR QUALITY POLICY
“Continuity”
Our Environmental Management System
Belka has established and maintains an Environmental Management System that covers all requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System standard. The implemented Environmental Management System encompasses both routine and non-routine activities within the company, services of contractors and subcontractors operating within the facility, personnel who may enter the worksite (including visitors, contractors, interns, and apprentices), as well as vehicles and equipment present on-site.
In determining the scope, the organization’s context and the needs and expectations of relevant stakeholders are taken into account. In general, the scope includes the production of sealing elements, anti-vibration components, bearing seals, and technical rubber parts.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL AND OHS POLICY
“Responsibility”
We recognize the prevention of occupational accident risks and negative environmental impacts arising from our activities as our primary responsibility. Creating a healthy, safe, and environmentally conscious working environment is a shared commitment from the top management of our company to all employees.
Our Fundamental Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Principles:
- To meet all relevant stakeholder expectations, including legal requirements and customer demands, regarding environmental aspects and OHS hazards,
- To raise awareness among all stakeholders, especially our employees and suppliers,
- To provide a healthy and safe working environment in order to prevent occupational diseases and work accidents,
- To monitor and improve all waste generated from production and support activities—particularly sheet metal/rubber waste,
- To prevent environmental pollution at its source, and if prevention is not possible, to keep it under control,
- To use resources efficiently,
- To ensure the continuous improvement of our OHS and environmental performance.
As the Belka family, we are committed to reflecting these fundamental principles into all our activities and business practices, and to implementing and monitoring them with the utmost diligence.

OUR LEAN POLICY
“Efficiency”
Our primary responsibility is to eliminate waste across our value chain and to direct all activities toward creating superior value for the customer. Enhancing our company’s profitability, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction is only possible through the continuous reduction of waste within our management and production systems, and by channeling our resources toward generating greater value.
By embracing this lean mindset and extending it to our suppliers and all areas of operation, we have adopted the principle of achieving operational excellence and contributing to the growth of societal prosperity.
In line with our Lean Policy and objectives, we commit to:
- Recognizing respect for people as one of our foremost values. This includes our employees, customers, suppliers, and society at large. We build all our communications on mutual understanding and trust.
- Working continuously to improve our business and processes.
- Acting on the principle of “lifelong learning,” supporting the personal and professional development of all employees in line with their individual performance, and fostering teamwork and participative management.
- Shaping our aspirations with a long-term vision, and cascading our strategies and objectives throughout the organization to move forward together. We strive for accurate and timely decision-making through consensus, grounded in the correct identification of problems at their source.
- Ensuring that lean production and management systems become an integral part of our corporate culture, supported by the strong leadership and commitment to change demonstrated by our management.
As the Belka family, we pledge to integrate the principles of our Lean Policy into all our activities and business practices, and to uphold them with diligence and responsibility.
